What we collect

When you request service, commission a build or receive an invoice we collect business contact details (name, company, phone, email, job site and billing address), details about your equipment or vehicle, and payment information needed to process your payment.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and perform work, issue invoices, process payments, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card and bank details entered on the payment page go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email, accounting), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Our companies share customer records with each other to deliver service and billing.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and access

Records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. To review or correct your information, email info@raddpayments.com.
